  • If you experience technical issues beyond your control that prevent you from accessing or viewing a live streaming funeral event, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the live stream, the content, or any other aspect of the service, you may request a refund. However, your request will be subject to review.
